JORDAN Window balances and locks

I am looking for some JORDAN window parts replacements. I need 3" wide X 3/4" deep window locks stamped 80 41 A-S 1 on the inside and JORDAN window balances stamped 2230 - Q approximately 24" high and extra window tabs to go with the window balances.
My windows were installed in 1988 and are no longer available.
Can you help me locate these items so I can place an order with your firm?

We'd be glad to identify your hardware. However, there are a few different things going on in this request, so could we get some photos? We'd like to see the lock, as well as the top and bottom attachments on the balances.
