I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 82-086 keyed or 82-089 non-keyed handle sets with the same offset thumb latch to your assembly. Please note that the 3-15/16" hole spacing is a particularly important measurement to ensure that it will align properly with the door. Thanks for posting!
