Thanks for posting. I am afraid we can't cross-reference that number to anything in our database. Is there any existing hardware in the door, such as a mortise lock? If so, can you show us? If not, can you at least show us the holes in the door where a lock and handle set can go? And you can tell us the distance between the centers of the mounting holes? Without seeing original hardware I can't guarantee we'll be able to help, but we will do our best to see what we can do. Many thanks. 

Thanks for the photos. Our Keyed 82-030A or 82-030B can replace this handle set. The 82-030A has the insider thumb lever and outside key lock perfectly centered between the mounting holes--I believe that's the configuration on your old handle set, going by the inside thumb lever, but photos can be deceiving, so please confirm. The 82-030B has the thumb lever and key lock 'offset', where they are closer to the bottom screw hole than the top one. Let me know if either of these could work for you.
