Jado door mortise

Question

Hello, I'm looking to replace a broken mortise because the latch is not going out by itself anymore. See pictures and dimensions in the attachment. Let me know if additional explanation, pictures or dimensions are needed. Thanks.

Thanks for posting. Start by looking at the 40-049 Lockset. Compare with your old hardware and see if you think this could work as a replacement.
