Jaleesa lock

A quick learner from USA says:

Hi, I have this Jaloesi lock that has to be replaced. The measurements between all the outside screw holes is the same as 39-194, but the top has two holes instead of one. Also, the arm inside the unit is a little bit longer, about 2 1/2 "

Do you have anything like this?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Sure, I think we can help. I see that the bottom screw tab on the base has broken off. Could you show me a picture of a complete, undamaged operator? I'd like to clearly see the hole pattern on both ends in one shot. Thank you!
