Jalouise glass door opener

Question

Cant open and close the glasses in the door anymore. Need to replace the "lifter", I dont know the name for it but are attaching photos of the subject. Can you please find out if you can supply me with a new one.

Thanks for posting. Have you seen our 39-050 Rack Operator with Link? This appears similar to your own hardware. Please compare them and see if you think the 39-050 can work as a replacement.
