Jalousie Crank Handle

One of my jalousie windows will not pull closed all the way. The handle also comes off. Thinking I need to replace the crank mechanism. Not sure which one to purchase.

Hello,
We'd be happy to help but we will need a photo of the operator removed from the window to see the arms that attach to the window's internal linkage, as well as a clear photo of the window's installation hole pattern, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
