Hi,
This is from a Florida 50s era home. It is right-hand position. Has a worm gear insert that falls out. The handle crank is attached to the worm gear.

I think we can help replace this, but I need a bit more information. Can you show me a clear picture that shows the complete hole pattern? I can't quite make it out from the angle in your third photo. That will help us narrow down the list of possible replacement options. Thanks!
