Jalousie Window Cranks -

A home owner from Florida says:
Older windows located in Florida house, house built in the 60's. Cranks have 3 holes; one on top, off centered, one on the side on left and one on the bottom on the right. We need right ones 7 left ones since they are breaking now & then.
Code on inside of the arm 7-99?? Hard to see.
