Thanks for your post! The operator you are searching for is an awning window, box style operator. Most of ours are compatible with the 39-104 Handle with a 3/8" Gear Bore.
If you are looking to replace the entire operator, there is a good chance we can provide you with a suitable replacement, but I'll need to see a photo of it removed. I am looking to see the shape of the arm as well as the details from the link arm.
