Jalousie operator

My operator looks like your 39-346 in all regards except my gear is in the top and all of yours are in the bottom of the operator. Also, my additional bar is two inches and has a slight offset in the middle. Can you help me find a replacement?

Hi, Thanks for posting! Before I can offer you an applicable replacement for this operator could you measure the distance between all of the installation hole centers? This will help us find a replacement for you.

3 7/8" and 4 3/4", just like your operators.

Thank you. I believe that our 39-346 would be the closest match that we have. You may be able to re-use the short arm on your current operator, or maybe even try to cut down the one that comes in the back. However, I do not believe that the specific operator you have is still available.
