Hello, Mr. Screen Man. It's difficult to tell what you have while the operator is still installed, but my first guess would be the 39-025. The hole pattern seems similar to yours but you should check the spacing to ensure they line up. I'm also not sure if the link arm design will match yours, either. You may ultimately need to remove it from the window entirely to confirm that the 39-025 is a match.
