Looks like the tabs with the installation holes have broken off. It is very important that we see the installation hole pattern in order to identify a good match. Do you have an undamaged operator on hand that we can see? Could you also tell me your measurements? I need to know the spacing of the installation holes and the size of the gear/link arms.
