The jalousie window crank is broken and I'm not able to open or close the window. Need a new window crank to open or close it. These are additional photos of the

My recommendation would be the 39-165K jalousie crank operator. This is a very versatile operator kit that comes with a break-away segmented arm, so you can adjust it to the best size needed for this application. Look it over and see what you think!

I had a hard time, but was able to get the old hardware (crank operator) off my jalousie basement block window. The operator doesn't look like the 39-165K you recommended. I enclosed the parts (additional photos) that this window crank has. This is very old (over 50 years) so I want to be sure I'm getting the right part before I order it. Thank you.

Looking at this photo, I still think your operator looks like our 39-165K. Can you point out the major differences that you're seeing?
The only thing of note is that it seems part of the louver broke off and is still attached to the end of the link arm. The bad news is that the louvers themselves are too old for us to supply. These haven't been available for a long time now.
