I have attached 3 photos of my jalousie window hardware operator in laundry room. I need to replace it or buy something that will work with it. Can you help me?

Unfortunately, the part shown in your photo is too damaged to identify but I suspect that it may be an older discontinued jalousie window part. If there is another window in the house that uses the same hardware, feel free to get back to us with photos of an intact operator to confirm. Thank you.

Do you have any suggestions for a way to replace with a newer one. My only jalousie. I am willing to remove glass and put in all new hardware if that makes sense.

I do not believe that any of our parts would be able to be modified to work in place of your old-style hardware. With that being said, you can find the jalousie operators that we do carry here. They are obviously a very different style, which is why they are not recommended as replacements for your assembly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
