Thanks for posting! I am confident we can provide you with the replacements you need for your channel balances. Although, they will need to be custom assemblies since they have appear to have the 15-197 Black Locking Terminal and 15-233 Blue Locking Terminal installed on them.
I'm happy to get the quote sent over to your email for these balances I'll just need to confirm a few more details. I am looking to see a photo of the metal channel these shoes are attached to as well as a photo of the top of the balance channel.
For the balance marked with a 30 REG, please confirm the exact weight of the sash. Unfortunately, I cannot cross-reference this stamp with those on our replacement balances.

The NLV in the stamp is information pertinent to the manufacturer and doesn't really affect the stamp. As mentioned, I cannot cross-reference that particular stamp, so I'll need to know the sash weight to determine if the 30R stamp would work for you. There is a chance your sash may not fall between the weight range this balance can hold, especially since the stamps aren't the same.
Unfortunately, we would not be able to supply you with replacements for the jamb liners.
