Hi there. Yes, the 75-069 comes in a pair. However, if you're having trouble removing your pivot shoes, it would be remiss of me to not point out that there's another method you can try that doesn't involve the jambspreaders. See the video below that details the 'cutout' method of getting your pivot shoes out of the jamb track.
