Jamb liner replacement hardware for Sun windows

I'm trying to locate springs for my windows. The length of the spring at rest is approximately 27 and 1/2 in. 3/8 outside diameter. My window measurement is 32 and 3/4 in vertical and about 31 and a half horizontal. Double hung and overall height of the window is about 6 ft. The window was installed in 1995 and it is made from Sun Windows of Owensboro Kentucky. The company still exists but they don't sell parts for that old of a window. I guess they are only in the business of installing new windows.
