The first two photos show a glide from a different drawer. The wooden glide is the broken unit.
Can you help me?

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 32-118 looks similar. This attaches to the drawer with screws unlike your old part, however. A local hardware store should be able to pick out the right fastener for the job. Have a look at the specifications and see if they match up.
