Jasco Storm Window Flap Latch

Home Owner from Minneapolis, MN
Hello,

I have what I believe are very old storm windows with Jasco flap latches. The latches are attached to a spring, and have a catch that protrudes from the side of the storm screen. I don't see a perfect replacement for these online or on your site, but I wonder if I could replace with a similar catch. Any feedback very much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there!

We appreciate you reaching out to us. According to our records, this latch hasn't been made since the early 1960s. I'm afraid we don't sell a replacement or alternative for it. What we recommend doing is contacting an older mom-and-pop type hardware shop in your area. We can't make any promises but it may be worth a shot. If not, it may be time for new storm windows, unfortunately.

I'm afraid we've never heard from the homeowner from Minneapolis, MN on whether or not they found a replacement. Unfortunately, we know of no substitute. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
