Take a look at our 39-060 operator, compare the dimensions of your operator to the picture below, and see if this part will work for you.
If the dimensions do not match, please submit your dimensions and we will do our best to find you a replacement option.
Take a look at our 39-026 operator to see if that would be a better pick. As for that gear arm, I'm not sure if we can supply it. I'm not sure if that's something that can be replaced, unfortunately. I would check with an older hardware store in your area, ideally somewhere that has a history in the neighborhood. They may be able to point you in the right direction.
The screw holes are very important, but you also want to note the design of the link arm, especially the size of the hole. The overall length of the link arm actually doesn't matter as much as you think it would, but other details do, such as whether or not its flat, the size of the hole, its orientation with the gear arm, etc.
Unfortunately we cannot replace that arm piece. Like Dave mentioned on the 15th, we won't be able to supply it and there's a good chance it's not made anymore. Your best bet is a local hardware store, like a mom and pop kind of shop. Sorry that we cannot be of more help.
