Replacement basement window hinge

I'm familiar with this hinge design, but it's unfortunately an older style that's no longer available to us. The good news is that I've successfully used another product as an alternative. See our 36-004-10 stainless steel hinge set. As long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time, your window should function normally. Just note that minor retrofitting may be necessary due to the differences in design. Drilling new holes is likely.
