Thanks for posting. If you only needed the shoe, see our 15-207. This looks very similar to yours. You may want to remove your shoe from the window to confirm that our dimensions and style match up.

We have these same tilt pivot shoes on our Jeld-Wen Siteline EX series double hung windows and we're running into issues where the shoes will lock into place and then not release. I've tried the screwdriver "trick" (push down on the shoe to release it). It initially releases, but then immediately locks and doesn't engage with the sash. We're seeking replacements for these shoes. Is it possible to upgrade to a different style? Maybe it's the weight/size of our windows (each sash is ~36"*48") but the tilt channel balance shoes just seem flimsy and cheap.

Thanks.

Note: while the windows are 15+ years old, the jamb liners (and internals) we're just recently replaced (see the part numbers below).

I'm sorry to say that they don't make different variations of this shoe. When it comes to applications like this, it's standard practice to make one version that works across all such windows. There is rarely a gradient of upgrades, unfortunately.

That said, these parts are fairly robust in my experience, and are made to hold up fairly well. Based on your description it just sounds like your shoe was at the end of its lifespan. Replacement should fix the issue.
