Thanks for posting. I think we can help, but this latch's exact configuration is unfamiliar to me. Start by comparing an undamaged version to our 26-464. Look it over and let me know if this matches up. If not, please remove an undamaged tilt latch and show it to us from multiple angles. Thanks.
