Jeld Wen Balance Replacement

I have a broken balance on a Jeld Wen window. It is a 1/2" channel balance with stamped part # of: 31DS 39. Do you have a replacement or equivalent?

We almost certainly have a replacement. We just need to see the plastic attachments on both ends of your balance. Can you send some photos?
