I need to replace the hardware on 6 Jeld-Wen casement windows. I need cranks, covers and keepers for 3 RH & 3 RH casement windows. The color will be white.
I went back to my clients house and pulled one of the covers. Truth is the brand and the cover has a S stamped next to the Truth emblem. The cover is 4-1/4" wide.
Can you please let me know what item numbers I need to order? Pictures attached.

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we have the replacement parts you'll need for your window, however, I'll need to see a few of them removed from the window.
To identify the casement operator, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator; the body as well as the arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging sash.
In regard to the locking system on the side of the window, I'll need to see that part removed as well. There are two possible recommendations I could make. So, I'll need to see the design and you'll need to have them removed to confirm any measurements.

Thanks for the photos! The window lock you are searching for is referred to as an escutcheon. We do not have an exact match for the one your customer has, but our 38-209 may be worth considering as a replacement. Look over the dimensions and compare them to the existing escutcheon to confirm.

The replacement covers for the casement operator are likely the 39-375 and 39-376. Again, compare the dimensions below to your existing cover to determine if this this the right fit.
