To further review, we are going to need to see the lock removed from the window, or a view of the other side where we can see the locking mechanism that engages to lock the window. 

For the crank assembly, we will need to see the window open where we can see the arm attachments. If you are able to remove the cover and handle as well to expose the base, that would be best! Please note that sometime the covers are built in. 

From there we can compare to confirm if we can supply a suitable replacement for your window. Thank you!

For the lock, please start by reviewing the style of the 38-095, 38-096, 38-138 or 38-139 locks. Compare all dimensions to see how these compare to your original.

For the operator, we do not have an exact match, but your original looks very close to the 39-221B and 39-220B style. Please review the overall dimensions to see if you think this style could fit for your window. These operators are compatible with the 39-375 and 39-376 or the 39-451 and 39-452 cover/handles depending on style preference.
