Jeld Wen Casement Window "slide"

I need the part shown on the left side of the photos. It attaches to the window, not the frame. ALSO, the piece in the photo is wrong. I need the opposite side one. Jeld Wen originally sent me the crank parts for the correct side but this part is for the opposite side.
