Looking for this clip that connects to a standard spring on my year 2000 Jeld Wen double-hung windows.

It sounds like this clip may be part of a larger support balance assembly. If so, we can't provide the clip separately but we may be able to supply replacement balances. To confirm, we would need to see the entire assembly removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
