Hi Joe,
Thanks for your post! We do not have an exact replacement for the pivot bar you have but I believe our 26-402 Side Mount Pivot Bar could work for your repairs. While this does have (2) installation holes, you should be able to use the bottom hole to install it.
Carefully look over the dimensions to determine if this might work for your repairs.
