I can't make out how your sweep installs based on your photo but I can tell you that we carry two door sweep replacement options. If it attaches to the door using kerf inserts, take a look at the 58-189 or 58-190, depending on the length that you need, to see if the specifications could work for you. 

If not, you may be able to use the 58-176 or 58-186 sweep as long as the door measures 1-3/4" thick. Please note that this sweep would use screws to attach to the sides of the door. Review the specifications of boh options to determine if one of them would be compatible with your door. Thanks for posting.
