Jeld Wen Replacement Channel Balance

Thanks for posting. We can replace these balances for you, but they have to be custom made because they do not match any of our stock items as you noted. I just need a little more information to get this process started. First, there is normally a clip at the end of a nylon cord that comes out of the bottom nylon shoe. Can you show us this clip on a version where its still intact? It should be something like our 62-108 or 62-106, for instance. Second, that stamp code looks a little weird. Is there another version of the balance you can show us where the stamp is clearer to read? Finally, how many balances do you need? From there, we'll get this moving for you.
