Question

this would be part of the hinge at the top of the casement - holds the sash to the frame - maybe part of the hinge - my customer is only looking for the black pce.  If not a hinge would have to work

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately the black track slide piece is not sold separately. When it breaks, the entire hinge set should be replaced. See if the 10" 36-004-10 matches up.
