Jeld Wen Weatherstripping/door seals

I need to replace the seals on the sliding door that is about 15 years old. Jeld Wen no longer has them available. I have included Jeld Wen patio door info.

I'm afraid it's not possible to identify your seal based on these photos. In order to narrow down the list of possibilities, I'll need you to remove a small, undamaged sample of the original weatherseal and show me a clear picture of the end profile. The video below will clarify exactly what we need.
