I need to replace a Jeld-Wen single hung, non-tilting window balance as the metal clip that holds the end of the cord into the vinyl frame has broken. Or, is the Jeld-Wen style cord clip available separately?
The metal part of the balance measures 1/2" wide by 18.5" long. It is marked "18 3 PD" and "B.S.I" (please see photo).

Thank you for your patience during these busy holidays. We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is called an "extended travel" channel balance, named for its unique block and tackled configuration.
Before we go any further, can you tell me how many you needed? Can you also verify the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp it should be 18-5/8" long, not 18-1/2".
