Jeld-Wen Window Lock

Looking for replacement lock for JELD-WEN double hung wood window. On bottom of lock has numbers: A-S PA and 9778. The windows are 25 years old. It is 1 5/8" between the centers of the two holes for the screws.

I recognize your lock. Unfortunately, we have never been able to find the best match for this. Anyhow, start your search with taking a look at our 90-281 flush mount lock. We can not guarantee this will work for you, but we'd like for you to look at it in more depth and let us know if you think you could use this part to repair the window.

I have the same lock described by the original poster that I would like to replace. The internal mechanism that holds it in the locked position does not work anymore. I have 4 other identical locks, so I would like an exact replacement. Do you have any new information about a replacement for this lock since the original post from 2019? Thanks for any information.

I'm afraid that we don't have any new information regarding this lock. The 90-281 that Paul mentioned originally is a close option, as well as our 90-298, but you will need to compare these parts to your original to verify if either one aligns.
