Question

I need 3 sets of window balances, shoes, pivots and 2 sets of the latches seen in the pictures above. The balance doesn't have ribs and is stamped 25C. The balance is 25 inches long and the shoe looks to be 1 1/4 inch wide. Can you tell me what would be compatible. The window is a double hung tilt window.

We should be able to custom assembly your original balances with the 15-207 pivot shoe. Please compare the dimensions below. To further review, can you confirm how the balance installs at the top? Does it screw or hook in?
