Jeld Wen Window (sill seal?)

Question

Hello,
I came across an odd failure of a part i've never dealt with before. This ?seal? is located at the bottom of a double hung window and seams to cover some wood and touch the inner sash.
If you can help me locate or put a name on this part i would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm afraid we don't sell a part such as what you show here. We don't know the particular name for it but we refer to it as a sill seal or cover. Your best bet may be a local mom-and-pop shop that's familiar with windows in the area.
