Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors screen door rollers

We have a sliding door with a screen door made by Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors. The screen door wheels have gone flat. Please advise on a replacement. Thank you.

Can you remove one of the rollers from your screen door and take a few pictures to submit here?

The bottom wheel assemblies were badly rusted and fell apart when I tried pulling them out. The picture shows the top wheel assembly which is the same as the bottom wheels
