Jeld Wen casement lock

I'm going to return the 38-090 Silverline casemement locking handle as it does not fit my jeld wen window.
What was sent to me was plastic the part that inserts into the window section is 3 1/2 inches long and the holes 2 1/2 inches apart;
What I need is 4 inches long and the holes 3 1/2 inches apart and the handle is metal the insert to the window plastic. Thanks so much for your assistance, and if you could please let me know if you have handle in stock.
