I am looking to replace the operator arm and the bracket on the window.

Hello!

I recommend you take a look at the 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators along with the other parts that we've related on this page. These parts are "powered coated" while yours appear to be stainless. Review the specifications and see what you think.
