Jeld Wen casement operator

Question

I have a casement operator I want to replace I am not sure if it is a truth or not ?

All of the numbers I can find is this. On the long arm 41011 on the short arm 31876A on the body of the operator made in the USA 930/04 05:54 M

It has a a white crank body and handle only the handle is removable.
