Jeld-Wen casement window replacement pile weather strip

Question

I need to replace the pile weather-stripping of our Jeld-Wen windows. I apparently did the math wrong, since the 58-021 was too short to match what came out of our windows. Our windows do have a fin-seal in the middle of them.
The color of our windows are called "sand".
Please advise.
Also, will we be able to return the 58-021 - 200' that arrived today?

I'm afraid we don't have pile in this size. The best option in our inventory appears to be the 58-198, which is 3/16" x 7/16". It's taller than what you need so you'll have to "shave" the pile down with a razor.

However, please note that this can be a tricky task if you don't have a steady hand and a lot of patience. Modified items like this also cannot be returned for a refund in case it doesn't work out. Just something to think about before making your purchase. You could always triple-check your dimensions to be safe.
