Question

These are from 2001 for a single hung tilt-out jeld-wen window
The only piece I think I need is the end shown in the first picture, the part that the windows pivot snaps into
If I have to buy the entire bar device I will. The stamped number is 26B then NC bsl

Thanks for reaching out! Generally when we see damage like this to a shoe, it means that the balance will likely follow suit. So, it may be best to replace the entire assembly. Although, ultimately, you will need to make that determination.

If you would like to move forward with replacing the balances, I'll just need to know if there is a hook or a clip attached to the top of the balance. If its a hook, I'll need to see how it installs at the top of the window.

In the meantime, your shoe appears to be our 15-194 1" T-Lock shoe. Take a look at the video below for an idea on how to install them.
