I need a Jeld Wen crank handle that matches the picture.

It looks like you have something similar to our 39-107FK. I know that the handle in our photos is going the other direction, but I wouldn't worry about that too much. As long as the spline is centered, it should work just fine for you! Unfortunately, we don't sell one where the handles faces the other way. If you have any questions please get back to us.
