I'd like to find and purchase a locking handle for my Jeld Wen sliding patio door.
It has an off-set latch mechanism and opens from the right panel - sliding to the left (as viewed from the outside).
I believe I am looking for an "A" style with a keyed lock.

I would recommend starting by looking over the 82-030B keyed handle set with an offset latch as shown in your photo. The determining factor would be if the 3-15/16" hole spacing matches yours. We'll include the dimensions from our product page below to assist you. Thanks for posting!
You are correct that the hole spacing is the key dimension. The overall height and width shouldn't be a problem as long as you have space on the door to compensate for the difference. If you decide to give it a try and run into any issues, our return policy can be found here.
