Jeld Wen nesting crank for casement window

Question

We received our Jeld-Wen window in 2021, mid-pandemic. It came with a bronze colored plastic crank and cover that does not match the rest of our window hardware that is bronze metal. Do you have replacements? I will be in New Jersey on Tuesday, can I come by your warehouse so that we can get an exact match?  Thanks!

Thanks for posting. We may have replacements, but Jeld Wen windows could use a variety of operators, so seeing pictures of the original mechanism would be best, just so we make sure we get you the right part if it's available. It would be best to view the entire operator, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the window sash. From there we'll do our best to see what could work for you.

I am afraid we do not have a brick-and-mortar storefront where customers can come to; our facility is really just a processing warehouse. I apologize for any inconvenience!
