Jeld Wen part

Question

Hi, the attached pictured is from a single hung Jeld Wen window.  The white plastic part is broke and that's what I need a replace for but if I had to purchase the whole assembly I would.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid this type of balance is no longer available so we can't supply the pulley block shown here. We should be able to help with the balance assembly though. Can you show us a photo of the shoe at the end of the balance?
