Wanted to know if the product shown here would work with my patio door.

I'm afraid I don't know what product it is you're referring to, exactly. Based on your photos you appear to be missing a thumb lever. If that's the case, then see our 82-107. We have a video that you may find helpful, as well.

If you want to replace the entire handle set, take a look and compare our 82-089 with 3-15/16" mounting holes to yours. Thanks for posting!
