Jeld-Wen pivot lock

Question

Have 20 double hung Jeld-Wen windows #JW142JAN2008A#1 and about 5 with broken pivot locks as pictured. I'm sure after 10 years I'll probably have more.

US Patent D467490, 4810108 and 6,679,000 markings.

If you can ID, please let me know price and delivery on standard package size near 20 to 50 pieces. I'm sure after 10 years I'll probably need more.
